Walk and Talk Therapy For Women | weRcurious
I offer Walk and Talk Therapy for women who want to combine gentle movement with meaningful, supportive conversations. Sessions are available outdoors where suitable and location-dependent.
As we take a gentle walk, the city reveals itself differently — each turn, texture, and scent awakens the senses, offering a moment to pause and reflect.
Walk and Talk Therapy for Women
Are you curious to explore therapy outdoors?
Walk and talk therapy offers a calm, grounded alternative to traditional in-room or online sessions. Walking side-by-side in the outdoors can help ease the intensity of face-to-face conversations, creating a more relaxed space for reflection and connection. The gentle rhythm of walking can support emotional processing, reduce anxiety, and help you feel more centred — especially if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected.
These are not fitness walks, and it’s not a time to bring the dog — just you, your therapist, and the path ahead.
Session length & availability
- Approx. 50 minutes at a comfortable pace.
- Availability: Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday at 7:00am, 7:30am, or 8:00am.
- Open to women aged 18+.
- A complimentary 15-minute Curiosity Call on Zoom before we begin to discuss your needs and confirm your preferred method of sessions: walk and talk or online.
Who is Walk and Talk Therapy for?
- Individual sessions only — not couple sessions.
- For women 18+ who enjoy being outdoors and are ready to better understand themselves and their needs.
- If outdoor sessions are not practical for you, an online session may suit you better.
Privacy, weather & safety
- Privacy outdoors: We choose quieter routes and you can pause or change topic if others are nearby.
- Weather & pollution: If conditions prevent walking outdoors, we’ll meet online that day. Weather and pollution levels are checked before each session.
- Therapy agreement: Covers Walk & Talk specifics (privacy outdoors, weather/pollution changes, safety). Please read it in your own time, and let me know if there’s anything you’d like to clarify, so you can give informed consent.
