A Reflective Space for Therapists | weRcurious
A space to think together about your work, yourself and the impact of the work.
One-off or occasional reflective sessions for qualified counsellors, psychotherapists and helping professionals.
Not supervision. Not oversight. Simply another experienced mind in the room.
Sometimes we need another space
Most therapists already have regular supervision in place.
Yet sometimes a piece of work stays with us. Sometimes our supervisor is away. Sometimes we feel stuck, impacted or simply want to make sense of something that feels important.
Reflective practice can provide an additional space to pause, think and explore whatever feels important.
What affects us personally inevitably affects our work, and what happens at work often spills into life outside it.
These conversations are not formal supervision and are not intended to replace it. They simply offer a thoughtful, collaborative space with an experienced practitioner.
“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response.
In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”
Author uncertain; commonly attributed to Viktor E. Frankl

Life does not always separate neatly into “professional” and “personal” boxes.
You might bring the emotional impact of the work, ethical or clinical dilemmas, practice development, private practice questions, career change, burnout, relationship or family pressures, health concerns, or simply a sense that something feels stuck. Sometimes what affects us personally affects our work, and what happens at work inevitably spills into life outside it.
These sessions offer a space to think together about whatever feels important, whether the focus is professional, personal, or somewhere in between.
About me
Another perspective can sometimes make all the difference.
I am a BACP Accredited Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist with more than 20 years’ experience working with adults, couples, and relationships. I have lived and worked internationally for many years and completed a Diploma in Clinical Supervision with CPPD London in 2009.
Although Curious Reflections for Therapists is not supervision and does not replace regular supervision, my supervisory training and years in practice have shaped my ability to offer thoughtful, collaborative spaces for practitioners who simply want another experienced mind in the room.
Whether something is staying with you, your supervisor is away, you’re returning after a break, or you would simply value another perspective, you’re welcome to arrange a one-off or occasional session.
