I am an NGH (National Guild of Hypnotists) trained hypnotherapist, having completed this training in 2014. My online hypnotherapy sessions help clients worldwide to reduce anxiety, change habits, and find a greater sense of calm. There’s no magic involved and you remain aware; hypnosis is a focused, relaxed state that helps helpful suggestions land.

What can hypnotherapy help with?

  • Fears & phobias; difficult memories and trauma
  • Anxiety reduction and deeper calm
  • Confidence, motivation, performance (work or play)
  • Changing unhelpful habits (e.g., smoking)
  • Birth trauma and other overwhelming reproductive experiences
  • Problem solving and letting go of stuck patterns

Note: as an online therapist, some situations may be better suited to in-person work. We’ll discuss what’s safe and sensible for you.

What sessions are like

  • Gentle guidance into a relaxed, focused state
  • Collaborative suggestions shaped to your goals
  • You remain aware, in control, and can stop at any time
  • Can be combined with talking therapy or the Rewind Technique

Hypnosis is really self-hypnosis; my role is to guide your natural ability.

FAQs

Hypnosis, hypnotic trance… what does it actually mean?

It’s a natural, focused state of relaxation and attention. Most of us drift in and out of similar states daily (absorbed reading, driving on autopilot, losing track of time). In sessions we use that state safely and on purpose.

Will I be unconscious or out of control?

No. You remain aware, can hear me, and can stop at any point. The work is collaborative; nothing happens without your clear consent.

Do you combine hypnotherapy with other approaches?

Yes. We can include talking therapy, creative methods (when jointly agreed), and for trauma, the Rewind Technique can be integrated or offered as a standalone option.

Is online hypnotherapy appropriate for everyone?

Not always. We’ll discuss your situation first and agree on what’s safe and suitable, including when in-person care might be better.
