Online Counselling & Psychotherapy for Adults | weRcurious
Online therapy for adults across time zones — a steady, relational space to think, feel, and grow. We can work with anxiety, low mood, depression, stress/burnout, identity, grief, post-traumatic stress, relationship struggles, loss of direction/purpose, and more. Creativity is welcome (when jointly agreed): this may be paints, drawing, clay, doodles, journaling, card work — whichever you desire, this can be woven in gently alongside talking therapy.
Online counselling and psychotherapy offers a thoughtful, grounded space to untangle what feels overwhelming and reconnect with yourself — wherever you are in the world.

FAQs
Is online counselling as effective as in-person?
Many people find online sessions just as helpful. They’re private, flexible, and easier to access, which helps keep momentum. A quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed makes a big difference.
What happens in the first session?
We’ll talk about what’s brought you here and what you’d like to change. We’ll agree where to focus and how to work. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready to.
How often should I come, and for how long?
Weekly is common to start; some prefer fortnightly. Some people work short-term on a specific goal; others prefer longer-term support. We’ll review regularly so it continues to meet your needs.
What issues do you help with?
Life transitions, parenting, anxiety, low mood, depression, loss, stress/burnout, identity, communication patterns, grief, confidence, post-traumatic stress, fears/phobias, reproductive experiences and loss, perimenopause, and involuntary childlessness. If something’s on your mind, we can explore it.
How do I know if you’re the right therapist for me?
It’s normal to be unsure. I suggest booking a free 15-minute Curiosity Call to get a feel for fit and to ask questions.
Do you offer relationship therapy here?
Relationship work has its own page and focus. If you’re seeking couples, intimate partner, or mother–adult daughter therapy, head to Relationship Therapy.
If this resonates, let’s have a brief chat to see if we’re a good fit.
